Shipping policy

Shipping with us is super easy, but your parts are being packages by one of our family members and, we are just humans with human hands and human minds. We aren't perfect. For any question please call us. 

*We ship from Pleasant Grove, Utah

* We will have your parts packaged and ship in 1-2 business days (unless parts are on back order). Your parts will come to you through UPS.

*If you need any assistance with your order please contact us immediately at hobbytractorservice@gmail.com . We can't make any changes to orders that have already shipped.

*Please review and ensure that you address is correct. We are not responsible for any non-delivery due to errors in the address you provided. If any parts are returned due to incorrect address we will refund original order (not including shipping or fees). We then ask that you replace your order with the correct address.
